Baseball! And stupid Twilight sound affects!
Tuesday, June 3, 2008
I went to a Mariners game last week. (: I was on the big screen! A couple Asian guys came and sat in the two seats next to me (which were not theirs, I might add), and one had a camera pointed at the big screen, and another would hold up a sign every once in awhile. I had no idea what they were doing, and then all the sudden they were shouting "YATTA!" and Rachel said "Kate, you're on TV." You never know what your reaction is going to be to that sort of thing, and now I know that I cringe and duck out of the way. Ha. It was awesome.
And look at this piece of crap they released yesterday. What's with the rattlesnake sound affects and the roars? And the special affects. I hope they rushed this out, because it looked strictly Sci-fi channel. Oh, and I don't like the bad guy. His acting reminds me of Keanu Reeves or something, but with a softer voice. "Oh, dude, really..? Dude.."
In case Lincoln reads this blog, this is scary for children. PG-13 action sequence!
Not that the movie being crappy is going to keep me out of the theaters or anything.
